In 1986 I came to Buffalo From Pittsburg, and had the oppurtunity to partner with Mr. Virgil Austin. Through hard work of my staff and myself, Austin Pontiac had maintained a consistently high customer satisfaction Index by doing one thing, taking care of the customer. In 1993, I purchased the business from Mr. Austin and acquired the GMC and Buick franchises from Jack Stevens, Jim Ball Pontiac-GMC-Buick was born. With GM we began preparing for our "Image 2000 Superstore". Today, we are the leaders in our market! I attribute our success to my management staff which prides itself on customer satisfaction, and you, my loyal customers. I feel it is important to satisfy the needs of my customers and employees. That's why, in October of 2000, we implemented JB's Pit Stop Cafe to our facility. Whether you're here for sales or service, you can sit down and relax, order breakfest, lunch or dinner and enjoy your timewith us in a very friendly atmosphere. We also have a drive-in service enterence, so that you don't need to wait in the weather when bringing in your vehicle for service. Our customer-waiting lounge has free wi-fi for your convenience and a seperate children's play area completely equipped with video games, movies...
